1. Our Services   Praxis Consulta, MB offers the following services:  

- Consulting Services: Professional advice and strategic guidance tailored to your business or personal needs.

- Psychotherapy and Therapy Services: Professional support provided by qualified and experienced therapists.  


2. Your Consent   By using our services, you consent to the following:  

- Confidentiality: All sessions, whether consulting or therapy, are strictly confidential. We will not share any details of our sessions with third parties without your explicit permission, unless required by law (such as in cases of risk of harm to yourself or others).

- Informed Participation: You understand that the services we provide are professional in nature and that participation in therapy or consulting is voluntary. You can withdraw from therapy or consulting at any time without any negative consequences.

- Personal Data Use: We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](#). Your personal information is used solely to provide and improve our services, and we will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- Therapeutic Process: For therapy and psychotherapy services, you acknowledge that progress can vary and is dependent on many factors, including your active participation. Therapy is a collaborative process, and while we are committed to providing a supportive environment, results cannot be guaranteed.


3. Confidentiality and Data Protection   We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information disclosed during consulting or therapy sessions.

This includes:  

- Client Records: All records are kept secure and are only accessible to authorised personnel.

- Data Security: We employ technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

Exceptions to Confidentiality: There are rare circumstances where we may be legally required to disclose certain information, such as when there is a risk of harm to you or others.  


4. Your Responsibilities   To ensure the best possible outcomes from our services, we ask that you:  

- Provide Accurate Information: Please be honest and accurate when sharing information that may impact our work together.

- Attend Scheduled Sessions: Consistent attendance is crucial, especially in therapy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

- Engage Actively: Whether in therapy or consulting, your active participation is key to success.  


5. Fees and Payment  

- Consulting Services: Fees for consulting services will be agreed upon prior to the start of any project or session. Invoices will be issued, and payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

- Therapy and Psychotherapy Services: Fees for therapy sessions are typically charged per session. Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  


6. Cancellation Policy   We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:  

- Consulting Services: Please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee, unless otherwise agreed upon.

- Therapy Services: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency.  


7. Termination of Services   You may choose to terminate our services at any time. Likewise, we reserve the right to terminate our professional relationship if:  

- You fail to meet agreed payment terms. - You consistently miss scheduled appointments without reasonable cause.

- We determine that our services are no longer appropriate for your needs, in which case we will provide appropriate referrals.  


8. Limitation of Liability   While we strive to provide the highest quality services, you agree that:  

- No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from consulting, therapy, or psychotherapy sessions. Your progress depends on various factors, including your commitment to the process.

- Liability: Praxis Consulta, MB, its employees, and consultants shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.  


9. Changes to These Terms  

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
